Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

1.   The advertised RSP is the Recommended Selling Price, however actual price may vary             dependent on vehicle specifications.
2.   The advertised RSPs do not include on road costs or accessories.
3.   The advertised RSP’s are valid 01^st January 2012 until 30^th April 2012.
4.   The advertised RSPs refer to the following models:

5.   The offer consists of the following benefits:

PLATINUM WARRANTY OFFER

• Extended Toyota Platinum New Vehicle Warranty.
  • An additional 2 years / 50,000km* coverage on expiry of the standard 3 year / 100,00km* New Vehicle warranty.
  • Five years AA Roadservice coverage.

• Toyota Platinum Warranty terms and conditions apply.

* Whichever occurs first under normal operating conditions.

ACCESSORIES OFFER:

• $500 free Toyota accessories to be claimed from an Authorised Toyota Dealerships only.
• The $500 free Toyota Genuine or approved accessories include GST, labour and fitment costs and chosen accessories must be claimed at the selling Toyota Dealership or ordered at time of purchase. The balance (if less than $500) is not refundable.
• The accessories must be for the vehicle purchased and the offer is not transferable to accessories to be fitted to other vehicles.

WARRANT OF FITNESS CHECK OFFER:

• Five free Warrant of Fitness (W.O.F) checks, the first at 12 months and the fifth and/or final at 60 months. This offer does not include the costs of any repairs required to pass the test and W.O.F checks must be performed at an Authorised Toyota Dealer or Parts and Service Agent.

6.   The offer is available on sales of all new Toyota vehicles purchased and delivered from an Authorised Toyota Dealer between 01^st January – 30^th April 2012.
7.   Offer is not applicable to Daihatsu and Lexus vehicles.
8.   Offer available only at participating Authorised Toyota Dealers subject to stock availability.
9.   Offer not available on Toyota Dealer demonstrator vehicles, rental, Government, nationally negotiated fleet sales or Toyota New Zealand Account Managed Fleet sales. 
10. Offer is available on dealer sales of vehicles financed through Toyota Financial Services or other finance or leasing companies.
11.  Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or discount.
12. Unless specified otherwise, offer not available in conjunction with any other offer.
13. Offer available to New Zealand residents only.
14. Offer available to GST and non-GST registered customers.
15. Entitlement to the offer goes to the ‘legal owner’ of the vehicle. Any subsequent arrangements between the legal owner of the vehicle and the driver / customer are aa their care.
16. Employees of Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Financial Services Limited, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries and Toyota dealership staff, and their immediate families are not eligible for the offer.
17. Toyota reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.
18. Some vehicles may differ slightly from those pictured.
19. To the extent permitted by law, Toyota New Zealand Limited and Authorised Toyota Dealers are not liable to any person, including you or any passenger, for any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense incurred through use of the vehicle purchased or accommodation utilised and activities undertaken as part of the prize offer.
